Agreement to Terms

Services

Growthlane provides digital marketing, social media management, website development, paid advertising, content creation, branding, and related marketing services.

All services are subject to individual project agreements, quotations, proposals, and written communication between Growthlane and the client.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:

→ Provide accurate information and project requirements

→ Supply necessary content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner

→ Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines

→ Make payments according to agreed schedules

Delays in providing required materials or approvals may impact project timelines.

Payments & Billing

All project fees, retainers, advertising budgets, and service charges will be outlined in a proposal, quotation, invoice, or written agreement.

→ Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe.

→ Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional charges.

→ Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms (such as Meta or Google) are separate from Growthlane’s service fees unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, clients will own the final approved deliverables created specifically for their project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Growthlane retains the right to:

→ Display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials

→ Reference client projects for promotional purposes unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise

Any third-party assets, stock content, fonts, software licenses, or platform subscriptions remain subject to their respective owners’ terms.

Website Use

You agree not to:

→ Use the website for unlawful purposes

→ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

→ Interfere with website functionality or security

→ Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission

We reserve the right to restrict access to any user who violates these terms.

Limitation of Liability

While Growthlane strives to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific business results, sales increases, search rankings, lead volumes, or advertising performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growthlane shall not be liable for:

→ Indirect or consequential losses

→ Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

→ Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms

→ Actions taken by advertising networks, social media platforms, hosting providers, or search engines

Clients acknowledge that marketing outcomes may vary based on market conditions, competition, budget, and other external factors.

Third-Party Platforms

Many of our services involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, hosting providers, and analytics tools.

Growthlane is not responsible for:

→ Platform outages or technical issues

→ Account suspensions or policy violations by third-party platforms

→ Changes made by external service providers

Clients remain responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any platform they use.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice, subject to any contractual obligations already agreed upon.

Upon termination:

→ Outstanding payments become immediately due

→ Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced

→ Access to certain services may be revoked

Changes to These Terms

Growthlane reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
